Beth's Story

I lived in Chanute from 5th to 8th grade and then moved to Leavenworth. I still have fond memories of some friends I had to leave all too soon. We've lost touch over the years, and this year with the 50th anniversary of Kennedy's assassination I was remembering what life was like so long ago at Royster. the time we had in Chanute. My parents were Girl Scout leaders there. My dad died in 2011, but my mother is still alive and thinks fondly of the girls in the troop. I'd love to hear from you. I have two grown children and a 5 year old granddaughter in Kansas City. I remarried 3 years ago and live in Tucson, Arizona now.
